processing of your online inquiry or messages sent via the contact request
form, receipt and processing of document attachments, receipt and processing of
questions, messages and offers - also by telephone/e-mail];

and targeting
3.1 Every time you access our site, we collect the following
information about your computer: the IP address of your computer, the request
from your browser as well as the time of this request. In addition, upon
collection of this data, we also collect the status and the volume of the data
transmitted. We also collect product and version information on the browser
used and the operating system of your computer. We also collect the website
from which our site was accessed. In this case, the IP address of your computer
is stored only for the duration of your usage of the website and is deleted or
is truncated and thus rendered anonymous immediately afterwards. All other data
is stored for a limited period of time. We use this data for the operation of
our website, in particular in order to identify or eliminate errors on the
website, to determine the level of use of the site and in order to make
adjustments or improvements.
3.2 We may also collect information on your use of our website using
so-called browser cookies. These are small text files stored on your data
storage medium which save the specific settings and data relating to the use of
our system by your browser. A cookie generally contains the name of the domain
from which the cookie data was sent as well as information about the age of the
cookie and an alphanumeric identifier. Cookies enable our systems to identify
the user’s device and to immediately make available any pre-set user settings.
As soon as a user accesses the platform, a cookie is sent to the hard disk of
the user's computer. Cookies help us to improve our website and to offer you an
improved service that is better tailored to your needs. They enable us to
recognize your computer again when you return to our website and thus:
3.3 The only purpose
of the cookies we use is to store the above-mentioned data about your use of
the website. There will be no reference to you personally, just a reference to
an identification number assigned to the cookie ("cookie ID"). The
cookie ID is not attached to your name, your IP address or to similar data that
would allow you to be identified with the cookie. If you would like to know how
to disable the use of browser cookies, please refer to paragraph 3.6.
3.4 Our website uses
so-called tracking technologies. We use these technologies in order to make our
online offering more interesting for you. This technology allows us to display
advertising to users that have already shown an interest in our website on the
websites of our partners. The display of such advertising on the websites of
our partners is carried out on the basis of cookie technology and analysis of
the past behavior of the user. This analysis is performed using a pseudonym and
your personal data is not attached to any user profile. If you do not consent
to the creation of user profiles, you may object by notifying us. In this case,
a special opt-out cookie will be saved on your computer, which must be stored
permanently. If you delete this cookie, or if it is automatically deleted by
your browser settings, you must reinstall the cookie when revisiting our
website.
3.5 We work together
with business partners that help us to make our online offering and website
more interesting to you. We therefore also store cookies from these partner
companies on your hard disk when you visit the website. These cookies are
automatically deleted after a pre-determined period. These partner-company
cookies store only cookie ID data that allows our advertising partners to show
you advertising that may actually be of interest to you. If you would like to
know how to disable the use of these cookies, please refer to paragraph 3.6.
3.6 If you do not
want browser cookies to be used, you can set your browser so that it will not
store cookies. Please note that in such cases you will have restricted access
to our website, or may not be able to use it at all. If you want to accept only
our own cookies but not the cookies of our service providers and partners, you
can select the setting, "block third-party cookies", in your browser.
3.7 Google Analytics
This website uses in particular Google Analytics, a web analysis
service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called
“cookies”, which are text files stored on your computer, to help the website
analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about
your use of the website will usually be transmitted to and stored by Google on
servers in the United States. In case IP anonymization is activated on this
website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the area of Member
States of the European Union or in other countries which are party to the
Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full
IP address be transferred to a Google server in the United States and truncated
there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this
website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling
reports on website activity for website operators and providing them with other
services relating to website use and Internet usage. The IP address transferred
by your browser during the use of Google Analytics will not be associated with
any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting
the appropriate settings in your browser software, however, please note that if
you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and
related to the usage of the website (including your IP address) and the
processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser
plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
You can also opt out from being tracked by Google Analytics by clicking the
following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which will prevent your data
from being collected in future when you visit this website
Disabling Google Analytics
We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords, and
the DoubleClick cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not want this, you
can disable this via the Ads Preference Manager https://adssettings.google.com/u/0/authenticated?hl=en
Further information regarding terms of use and privacy policy can be found
at
https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html or https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/.
We would like to advise you that this website has expanded Google Analytics
using the code "anonymizeIp" to ensure anonymous collection of IP
addresses (so-called IP masking).
3.8 Social Bookmarks
Social Bookmarks gives you the opportunity to use your own
social media profile to recommend an article from our website to others. For
this you need to have an existing profile with any one of the offered services,
such as Facebook, Twitter, Xing or Linkedln.
Unlike social media plugins (e.g. the "Like“ button in
Facebook), personal connection data is in this case only generated when you use
the Social Bookmark function and then identify yourself by logging in to your
social network.
4. Data Protection
All information you submit to us will be stored on servers
located within the European Union. Unfortunately, the transfer of data via the
Internet is not completely secure, which is why we cannot guarantee the safety
of data submitted to our website via the Internet. We have, however, secured
our website and other systems with technical and organizational measures
against the loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your
data by unauthorized persons. In particular, your personal data is transmitted
in encrypted form. We use the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer) [or TLS
(Transport Layer Security)].
5. No transfer of your personal data
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, unless
you have consented to such transfer or we are entitled or obliged to transfer
your data due to statutory provisions and/or official or judicial order. This
may include in particular disclosure for the purposes of criminal prosecution,
protection against threats and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
6. Data protection and third-party websites
The website may contain hyperlinks to and from third-party
websites. If you follow a hyperlink to visit one of these websites, please note
that we do not assume any responsibility or guarantee for the content of
external websites or their privacy policies. Please make sure that you have
read the respective applicable privacy policies before you transmit any
personal data to these websites.
7. Amendments to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time
with effect for the future. The latest version is available on the website.
Please visit the website regularly and obtain information on the applicable
privacy policy.
8. Your rights and contact
You may access and view your private data at any time and free
of charge and you may demand the correction and/or deletion and/or the blocking
of said data. For this purpose and/or in order to obtain more information,
please contact us at [office@infiintarifirmerapid.ro]. If you have any
questions, comments or queries regarding the collection, processing or the use
of your private data by us, please also contact us using the contact details
provided.
